Montclair is located 12 miles west of New York City and is easily accessible to Newark, LaGuardia, and other tri-state area airports. Learn more about our location at Montclair State University.

The are a total of 15 tables available for sponsors that elect to take advantage of this option on the Global, Gold, and Silver levels.

Gold Sponsor Package

Price $1500

  • Four Tickets to WordCamp Montclair and Speaker Dinner
  • Thank you blog post about your organization w/option for video message to attendees
  • Booth space in the Gold sponsor section. Opportunity to have special events happening at specific times at your booth announced to attendees in pre-camp email and by our session emcees. For example, product demos, raffles, games. etc.
  • Largest logo size on website/sessions slides between speakers.
  • Acknowledgement by name in opening and closing remarks
  • Link to digital swag ( Can include coupons, sign up links for free guides, ebooks, links to register for raffles and giveaways, etc.) included in pre-camp and post camp email to all attendees, and listed on Sponsor Hub webpage.

Sponsorship Add-ons

We are also offering add-on sponsorships for coffee, lunch, and the after party. In order to sponsor an add-on, you must also be a global, gold, silver, or bronze sponsor.

There is an unlimited amount of add on sponsorships. If you wish to do a sponsor add-on, please contact us.

MicroSponsor – Price: $250

WordCamps like to keep their prices low to provide access to as many people as possible. Thanks to our generous sponsors, we are able to do that. The actual cost of a ticket is $250. If you would like to be a MicroSponsor to cover the full cost of your ticket, we would be happy to list you as such on our website and your attendee badge. If you would like to become a MicroSponsor, please buy a MicroSponsor ticket and our team will be in touch for further details.

Local Supporter – Price: $75

This is limited to WordPress community members and small businesses/nonprofits that are New Jersey based. This opportunity is intended as a resource where local folks can reach out to other local folks and support these members of their local community. Think of it like sponsoring your local Little League or becoming a booster at a school recital.

  • Listing in a directory on our website (categorized by area such as design, SEO), with backlink and a short write up (up to 300 characters) about your business.
  • The directory link will be included in the pre-camp and post-camp email to attendees.
