Nici is an experienced Digital Leader with 15 years experience in running large, complex portfolios of work. In her current role as Vice President, Product Delivery at PMC, Nici runs Product Management, Project Management and Product Design, working alongside the Engineering team to deliver a variety of work to Penske Media’s vast portfolio of brands. An experienced Agile Project Management specialist, Nici is not only passionate about seamless delivery but also has a particular interest in processes and efficiency. With origins in the consulting world, Nici enjoys working with various teams (both Digital and Operational) to help them optimise their processes, their work management and their collaboration with other teams.
