Our agency specializes in open-source websites for non-profits, and has been fully remote since its founding in 2010. We build and maintain WordPress sites, support our clients as they update their content, and work with them to ensure their websites evolve to meet their organizations\u2019 changing needs. <\/p>\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve developed a team culture that enhances our productivity as well as our individual well-being and professional development.  We\u2019ve found that working remotely allows us to bring our best selves to our work, to better serve our clients and each other. We\u2019d love to share some ideas that might work for your team, from how we manage projects big and small to how we cover each other\u2019s time off. <\/p>\n\n\n<p>Allie and Clare will discuss the tools and tactics that our team uses to keep everyone focused and friendly.  Allie will speak from the project manager\u2019s point of view, with insight into scheduling, estimating, and resource allocation, and Clare will describe how our team works from the developer\u2019s perspective &#8211; technical approaches and tools in use by our agency.
