Allie and Clare are a project manager and a developer working at an agency of 9 FTEs supplemented by partner agencies and trusted contractors. Our agency specializes in open-source websites for non-profits, and has been fully remote since its founding in 2010. We build and maintain WordPress sites, support our clients as they update their content, and work with them to ensure their websites evolve to meet their organizations\u2019 changing needs. <\/p>\n\n\n

Allie will speak from the project manager\u2019s point of view, with insight into scheduling, estimating, and resource allocation, and Clare will describe how our team works from the developer\u2019s perspective – technical approaches and tools in use by our agency. We\u2019ll demonstrate various apps and services that facilitate remote collaboration, how we use them, and the strategies and processes we use for developing relationships when we\u2019re all in different places.<\/p>\n\n\n
