This is my first WordCamp, I’m looking forward to it! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I started my career as a designer for magazines, and then for the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). While freelancing, I decided to learn HTML and CSS. I volunteered to do websites for the PTA and then began building sites professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Currently, I am the content designer and website manager for a manufacturer whose products sell worldwide in the research, aerospace, and energy sectors. On the side, I help my husband design children’s books and related materials. I’ve found some intersection between the two different types of projects in making ebooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
